Error code 014.12

I am getting error after I put in my password does your router block unknown MAC addresses?  If so add MAC address: 00:0D:4B:CA:F2:0D.  This is not my computer or my Internet or anything I had this one before ( don’t even have it anymore if went corrupt)  and taking it from one location to another so how do I get rid of this Error and wipe it out so will use a different network

Re: Error code 014.12

Each individual net-accessing device is assigned a unique MAC address by its manufacturer.  Some routers will let you control what devices are permitted to link to their net by controlling which MAC numbers it will allow to connect.

That error message is asking whether the net to which you are trying to connect is blocked from connecting to your Roku's MAC number.  You'd have to go into the router's configuration utility to determine and adjust this.
