Error 014.50 on Premiere

 I purchased the Roku Premiere last month for my bedroom and it worked great for the first 2 weeks then dropped the internet connection. At that time my router was only about 30 ft away. I tried moving it into the living room with the router only 10 ft away and it still will not connect to the internet. I'm thinking it might need to be updated since the last update was on 10/09 but I can't do that without being connect to the internet. Has anyone else encountered similar issues and if so, what did you do to fix it?

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device. Alternately, I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network or mobile hotspot. If you are able to connect without issue, this usually indicates an issue with your network or password. In that case, you might also try changing your network password to see if that resolves the connection issue.
