Error 014.30 second time this has happened

This is the second device that I have had that is giving me this error. I have restarted my modem, reset my Roku and as they fix that I saw on here earlier made sure my mode was b/g/n on my 2.4 GHz Network. Nothing has worked. It will not even connect to a hotspot.

Check if your Roku device is powered through your TV’s USB port.  If it’s powered through the wall outlet instead, I would guess that you probably bought a defective Roku unit.  I’m going to have to tag @RokuKariza-D so that he can help you more in this situation.

I’m into videotapes and old electronics stuff, including extenders, converters and analog 4:3 TV sets (which are obsolete these days), and Miss Bianca is my favorite character in Disney’s The Rescuers (1977) and its sequel, The Rescuers Down Under (1990). I am not a Roku employee, only a user like you. ~ Jordan

Thank you Jordan I actually had them both plugged into the wall because I had heard that it could cause issues if it wasn't I will wait for a response from the person you have tagged
