Devices won't connect to Network

Jump to solution

I have the remote AND the app.  Neither is working.  I get the roku home page, but the remote won't scroll through to setting.  I put in brand new batteries.  Remote worked great and then I moved to a new home. Went from a cable box with separate router and modem to an all in one.  Now the remote doesn't work.  I have three roku's.  None are working now where they all worked three months ago.

Thanks for the inquiry.

If you are having trouble with your remote not working, it may need to be re-paired to your Roku device. You can see the steps for this here: https://support.roku.com/article/360011621473-how-do-i-set-up-my-roku-enhanced-point-anywhere-remote...

Once you remote is paired to your Roku device again, you'll then need to go into Settings>Network and update your network connection settings to connect to your new network / wireless router. Your mobile phone and your Roku need to be connected to the same network, in order for the mobile app to see your Roku device. Check out more here: https://support.roku.com/article/115001480188-why-does-the-roku-mobile-app-not-see-my-roku-streaming...

Please keep us posted and we will continue to assist you from there.
