Consistent Network Issue and Reboots of Roku Ultra but not Streaming Sticks

I am having problems with my Roku Ultra on an everyday basis.  Buffering and the Poor Network Message but every time I check my WiFi Connection I'm in the 75mb download area.  I have 4 other Roku Streaming Sticks and they worked basically perfect.  No buffering.  No poor network messages.  All are on the same exact network.

My Ultra also locks up and reboots on its own at least once a day.  Again, no such issues with the Streaming Sticks.  

I've checked the Updates daily and other than a few App updates I haven't seen any software updates since installation.  

I'm thinking I just have a defective unit.  Can I get this replaced?

Did you ever resolve?

I have similar issue with Ultra were intermittent disconnect and mine is hard wired.

I think it is bad firmware and Roku needs to fix it. But, they lack the technical people who can.

Hello i see your having issues with your roku  Ultra, have your issue been resolved as i was looking into purchasing that same devices as my roku express isn't dual band only support 2.4ghz. is yours connected to 2.4ghz or 5ghz?  Dre3000
