Connectivity Issues

I had a wireless Roku receiver that kept losing connection/signal.  The internet connection was strong and I had no problems with my phone or computer.  It was recommended to buy a receiver with an Ethernet connection, or wired.  Still having the same connection problems.  Why is this happening?  Very frustrating.  Thinking about moving to an Apple TV because I’m not convinced the Roku is worth it.  Any suggestions?

Are you saying that you also bought a Roku device that has an Ethernet connection? A Roku Ultra, I assume? And you are unable to connect via Ethernet as well as wireless?

Please do provide the Roku model numbers involved, as that is usually extremely helpful to those troubleshooting.
