Issue with those apps is caused by having your Roku disconnected as if you actually don’t have Internet.
You should be able to follow the following instructions of the solution to this issue:
1. Scroll up or down to Settings.
2. Scroll right to Network.
3. Scroll up or down to Check connection.
4. Press OK. Your screen will display Checking... on top and what connection type you have on bottom before knowing that you are connected.
These instructions might fix your issue.
