Connection

I’ve had my TCL tv 6 mos. we have upgraded modem and internet. Every time the tv is off for, say, 5 hours or more, it drops the connection to the internet. Not that big of a deal, but it is a nuisance to re-connect every morning and every day after work.

You should look at your power settings (go to system, then power option)

i have mine TCL set with all options in auto-power settings to be UNCHECKED and fast tv start to be ENABLED.  

Maybe that help, it is supposed to wake the tv and reconnect quickly.
