@Mona56 Thanks for the question here. Roku Express and some Roku Premiere models (3920/3921) only support 2.4GHz wireless networks. If you aren't seeing your network appearing in the list of options when scanning for your network, this likely means your network isn't broadcasting on the 2.4GHz band. I would recommend contacting your ISP or wireless router manufacturer to request that they help you modify your wireless router's settings to broadcast a 2.4GHz wireless network. You should then be able to connect to your network.
