Connection issues

I am moving my roku player to a different location in the house. When I moved it, I can not get it to connect to the internet. All other devices are connected. Also, when I move the roku back to the original place, it will connect to internet. I'm at a loss on what to do. Please help

Is this new location a lot farther from your router?   Does the signal have to go through a bunch more walls and/or floors, or through dense materials like kitchen cabinets full of dishes, bookcases or large appliances?  Is this location a lot nearer a neighbor's router that might be causing interference?

If you can reconfigure your router, experiment with changing the channel it uses - you may find one with less interference.
