Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What network frequency is your router?

Roku will NOT be able to help you. The only solution is to get a new router that will connect to your devices again, or to get rid of Roku and go with another streaming service. The update that Roku pushed out in November somehow only connects to certain routers, even though it was able to connect to your router prior to the update.
