Connection Problems?

I'm being told I have Excellent Signal, ALL other TVs and Phones connect with no problems. But everytime I try to stream TV or movies All it does is buffer, play for 5 min then buffer for 10....over and over. Get on my other tv and it plays fine, no buff no nothing. I have restarted the TV and my Router it has not helped. Again telling me I have a EXCELLENT SIGNAL but constantly buffers.......ANY ADVICE?

Could it be something as simple as the tv location? Is it possible to swap the tvs and try to see if the problem goes with the tv?
