I have a Roku stick and all was working fine. Now - it is telling me "no internet connection" Enter your password - I have entered password for internet provider, and roku password -Code NW-1-19 keeps showing. still no connection! Help! What am I doing wrong??? Thanks in advance Sharon
The password it's asking for is your WiFi password, not your Internet provider or your Roku account. In most cases, that password is on a label attached to your wireless router. Of course, if someone has changed that password from the default, you'll need to know what that is. If you can log into your wireless router, you should be able to see what the password is. Logging into your router requires a computer connected to your home network. It doesn't need to be connected via wireless, just a connection to your network.
