I unsuccessfully tried connecting to Wifi and troubleshooting by resetting my router and Roku. Roku will still not connect and super disappointed. I have used numerous other products and never run across this before. Do not recommend.
Can you get to the Roku home screen (the screen showing a grid of your channels)?
If you can, your Roku model and model number can be found via the menu down the left side as follows: Settings > System > About.
