Used the roku just this morning and watched tv, got home from work and now it cannot connect to the network. Network is fine....phone, laptop and tablets are connected and working. Restarted roku several times, followed all their tips online and nothing. It’s less than a month old.
- What model device are you using? - Have you tried rebooting your wireless network/router? - Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect? - Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?
