Can't reconnect to wireless after friend accessed Netflix through Xfinity

A visitor accessed Netflix through Xfinity on our TV. He may have used another password for Netflix. Now our Roku Ultra will not connect to our wireless. I have done everything recommended like re-starting our modem, restarting the Roku, checking the network password, ascertaining that the wireless signal is strong, etc.

Thanks for the information.

What model Roku device are you using? Have you tried performing a factory reset on your device and seeing if you are able to set it back up again?
