I was able to get mine to work again by doing the system update on the roku channel. They installed and update that screwed up everyone's roku. So if u go do the system update it should revert back to what it was before they did the update. I hope that helps some of you.
I’m having the exact same issue here. I called my internet provider & they said my internet connection is strong & it’s probably something with the Roku. I’ve tried unplugging, plugging back in, resetting all 3 Rokus, internet modem, switching the Rokus. Nothing. Wish I still had the boxes so I can return this garbage. This happens all the time I never really know when it will work. Phone & ipad are connecting just fine.
@srena923, if you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n. For Comcast/Xfinity:
I thought I was the only one experiencing this issue with roku. I wake every morning at the smae time (3am), systematically, and I look forward to watching television while attempting to enjoy a nice cup of hot tea but to my surprise my roku box has no connection. I've called and complained to Comcast on several different occasions and they assure me that the issue wasn't coming from their services and that I should contact the roku provider. In doing that I discovered that roku has no customer service so it's nearly impossible to resolve this on-going issue. Yes, it is beyond frustrating because it's a major inconvenience. I tried purchasing new boxes and still the same problem accuses. Roku needs to do better. They are getting rich off a product that only works 75% of the time. What a gip!
How did you resolve the problem of not being able to hook up to your wifi ? I spoke with someone on the phone and they told me that i had to up date my version thats why i was getting the code 104.3 and i had to pay 59,99 and he would take care of it i laughed told him that i couldnt afford that so he told me to hold on and he would ask his boss if he coukld give me a discount he came back and told me $39,99 i told him i will just not us my roku any more and will tell everyone about this so if any roku personal reads this please contact me asap cant seem to talk with any one on the phone about your problems !!!!
