We got a new router a few months ago and therefore had to set up new WiFi for our devices. Unfortunately, we lost our remote a long time ago and have been using the remote app for our Roku. Our phones are connected to the new network and the Roku device can’t connect to that because our remote is gone and the app won’t work because it’s now not connected to the same WiFi network, so we can’t connect. HELP.
