What Roku model device are you using? We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device. In addition, we recommend checking out our Support page for further troubleshoot steps: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home ... - Roku

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
