Can’t connect new modem network

My screen remains dark with a roving Roku. I can’t get to a menu for help. Help please!

Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Does the issue occur when you stream with these specific channels or all channels on Roku? How far is your Roku device from your router?
