For clarification, these new devices you have yet to activate correct? Is the wireless network that you are trying to connect to a public wireless network?
Please be aware that if you are trying to connect to a public wireless network, you'll need to connect using Hotel & Dorm connect, but that feature will only be usable once your device has been already activated. Have you tried connecting your Roku devices to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to activate the Roku devices first, then trying to connect to the wireless network after?
