Help!!  Did you ever get this to work???  I have the same problem.  bought a tv and a roku stick new to replace the others.  Still no ask for a password.  I am at a Marina so I can't ask them to re-boot or reconfigure.  Does this mean my Roku  devices are worthless at any place other than hard wired?

For clarification, these new devices you have yet to activate correct? Is the wireless network that you are trying to connect to a public wireless network?

Please be aware that if you are trying to connect to a public wireless network, you'll need to connect using Hotel & Dorm connect, but that feature will only be usable once your device has been already activated. Have you tried connecting your Roku devices to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to activate the Roku devices first, then trying to connect to the wireless network after?

Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
