I have the Roku Express+. Today (June 4th, 2028) my roku stopped connecting to my internet after being connected in the same spot for 2 weeks. My phone and other devices are still connected fully. I have tried moving it to different places and none have worked. I even restored it to the factory settings and it still did not work. I tried connecting my roku on the same floor as my router, and it ended up working. However, my room is on a different floor. I have no idea what to do as Roku customer service doesn’t support my device. I keep receiving error code 14.50. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
