It might have been tested, but after the update, I can't use my Roku Ultra, It buffers every minute. I even changed it out for a new unit and same thing happens. Until the update, it never had to buffer. I've reset the unit, checked my internet speed, check the connection on the Roku, no matter what I do, same thing. Really liked the Roku up until now, I'm very displeased with it now. Need a way to go back to the older version of the software, at least when there is a problem with a new update, one can go back to what was working. Going to order a Amazon Fire stick.
