Error code 014.50. I just got new CenturyLink Wifi at my new place, and a brand new Roku Smart Soundbar. I've tried rebooting both several times, I've tried to connect several times, and I've also verified my wifi username & password are correct. All other devices connect to the wifi just fine. How do I get this new Roku to connect?
If it matters, the CenturyLink wifi is through a CenturyLink property, meaning that they provide connection to the units in this building. And because of this they won't let me change the wifi name or password.
Please help. or how do I return the product?
