2 Rokus won’t connect to WiFi

I have a Roku SE and a Roku Express both stopped working last Friday and I had a WiFi guy come out and check the 2.4 WiFi. He fixed some stuff and they still won’t connect. I moved them around and changed the cords, but they won’t connect at ALL. I’ve reset them and my WiFi and done through so many different troubleshooting methods and nothing is changing. I don’t understand at all

Might you have Xfinity as your internet provider with an Xfinity supplies router?  If so, your problem may have been caused by a recent update to many Xfinity-supplied routers:   

Xfinity users report the router configuration needs to be switched back to b/g/n security.  If you don't have access to your router settings, you may have to request Xfinity to do this for you.
