My Roku
INDOOR SMART PLUG SE
will not pair. I have tried multiple smartphones routers etc and when it goes from the BT pairing step to the WiFi connecting step I get this error that says “Get Mesh ID failed” I called customer support and we ended up deleting my account and the recreating my account which seemed to work at first but got the error later rather than sooner on the first try after the account deletion but the error is still there. Is the Power Plug SE defective? I don’t know what else to try. When I first bought it last year it worked fine. I used it to control indoor Xmas lights so it’s been in a box since Jan 2024. Since that time I re-did network all new SSIDs and I lost the phone with the Roku Home app which is why I had to delete the account. Any ideas?
