Led+ strip problems with connecting

Jump to solution

I have tried to get hold of anyone at Roku for the past month or so. My light strips that I have had for not even a year or so. Will not connect even though they have always been connected and never had problems and they are also right next to the router. I have only ever been able to contact one person from Roku support chat no one else has helped the only information I got from the last person was to sign in and out of my device while closing it in sign back in and yet it has been about a month and it's not working and I'm having the same problem constantly and no matter who I call or contact. I cannot get anyone to contact me back. Seems like a legit scam and a waste of money here if you can't get a hold of anyone and can't get a refund or any support.
