We’re aware of an issue with Paramount+ where the video rewinds when you hit the "Skip Intro" button.
Status update (5/15): Our team is currently investigating.
To help us look into it further, could you share the following details?
Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version
(Settings > System > About)
Tracker ID (Press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)
App build version (Highlight the app on the Home screen and press the * button)
The specific content where you saw the issue
Your Paramount+ subscription plan
If possible, a short video showing what’s happening

I've even done a factory reset. So everything is brand new. Still the same frustration.
If you have your subscription thru roku you should know that stupidly you can't remove it and reinstall it. Roku's genius move. That is why I had to do a factory reset.

I have several Roku Ultras...and they have all begun exhibiting a really, really annoying behavior: if you try to fast forward, from any point in a show to any other point, you are returned to the start of the show.
Meaning the fast forward function is utter garbage.
Sometimes this problem can be resolved -- temporarily! -- by doing a software update or restarting the device. But it always reappears.
I'm not sure if this is streaming source specific or not. It seems to show up most frequently with Paramount Plus and Hulu, but I've seen it on most of the other streaming sources I use.
It sure would be nice if Roku could be bothered to fix this bug. Or at least stop selling remotes with fast forward buttons.
I'm having the same issue. When I hit skip recap or skip intro or fast forward or rewind the episode restarts from the beginning (as in from the ads that play before the episode starts). This only happens with Paramount Plus, not with any other subscription/app. I access the app from the Roku Home Screen (on my Samsung TV). I've updated the app, I've signed out of the app, I've removed it from the home screen, I've rebooted my Roku device and then reinstalled the app. I've done this several times with little to no success (i.e. once or twice it's 'fixed' for one episode and then the problems return). This occurs with anything I try to watch on the Paramount Plus app.
Seeing same problem! Random shows too. I tried factory reset. It fixed it for about two hours then happened again.
