Netflix and Max auto play 3 episodes before asking if I'm still watching but Hulu will not even with auto play selected on. Restarted roku 4K, removed then reinstalled Hulu app but nothing works. No roku or Hulu update available.

The auto play setting within hulu and/or tv series does not fix this issue.
I have the same exact issue. After the latest update on 3/24, Hulu would not auto play, even though I had it checked as autoplay on in the app. The auto play circle would come on with the countdown, but the episode would end before the countdown ended so the next episode would not play. I did all of the troubleshooting that Roku advised us to do and nothing worked.

I've had the issue in Hulu and Paramount+ mostly. Peacock will auto play the next episode most of the time but frequently gets stuck when it has to load commercials. Episode is playing fine, comes to a commercial (ad, whatever they want to call it), starts loading the ad then gets stuck and goes to a black screen.
I gave up and connected my Samsung Smart TV to our wifi and installed the Hulu app yesterday and Hulu works fine that way. It's just annoying getting to it.

And it even says “Up next” with the countdown and still doesn’t.
Same thing on our TCL tv running same versions everyone else has reported.
Does anyone have an official support case open or are we just talking to a moderator? I’d love to see an official response from a verified employee.
I am having this same issue with Hulu. Spent an hour and a half on the chat with them last night, did the updates/ uninstall did not work. Finally I went to the Hulu app on my phone and got the autoplay to work, after that it worked on the Roku for a short time, now it again is no longer working. I’d like this issue to be fixed.
It's happening to me, too. I thought it was a Hulu issue so I went online and watched a few episodes and it worked just fine using a browser. I hope this issue is resolved soon. I keep having to click for the next episode.
