It's not Roku - It's EERO ad blocking - turn ad blocking off on EERO and Para Plus and Fox News work perfect
Unfortunantly, I think it might be Roku. I don't have a problem streaming Paramount plus from LG Web OS or Firestick with ad blocking turned on. With Roku (just recently) I have to disable add blocking for Paramount plus to work with Roku.
It's possible EERO is blocking an important ad server used only by Roku devices. Other devices may have their own servers.
