This"solution" does not solve the problem, the channel guide returns for about three minutes then goes back to no information. I really wish you would resolve this. I have only an antenna hooked up and cable box. Also I do not like at all the latest change to the home page where the block of stations are displayed at the top of the guide, irritating! Obviously this needs attention as I see hundreds of people complaining about the no information problem, get someone on it!

WE ALL SEE HOW STUPID THIS STRATEGY IS, AS WE NEVER EVER GET "UPDATES". OR HOW TO FIX ANYTHING..... SMH
l programmed computers for over 40 years and this would never have been allowed to go on this long. An update failed, recall it already. Management should be concerned because every Roku machine in every retail store is advertising just how bad the product can be and how non-responsive the customer service team is. This type of worldwide exposure is not what upper management should support for any reason, given the simplicity of the solution, apologize, recall the update, and return to the prior version that worked until corrections can be properly tested.
So what’s the fix for this problem
