It only works temporarily. Shouldn't have to go out and back in every time I want to check the guide?
I had to relaunch the live TV app to get the info you requested from settings.
It did not fix the problem.
Well, I already knew this. So, let me get this straight, I am supposed to do this every hour so I can see channel information??? That's funny.
Get a beer while it's down while switching off and on.
I don't want to seem overly optimistic, but ever since I sent in my settings screen and the 5x home/5x back info screen, my guide has been back to normal.
Not sure if they stealth fixed mine alone but some other Roku support threads I have read make that seem like a possibility.
IT IS NOT SOLVED AND IT IS NOT LIVE OTA, IT'S OTA CHANNEL GUIDE. Stop saying it's solved. It's not. Roku used to the standard bearer for streaming. Now it's just nothing but problems and crashes. I have three Roku TVs, all different, and it happens on every one so it's not a specific TV problem, it's a ROKU problem. When you have over 30 OTA channels, and every single one of them says "No Information", it's a problem.
Why do the Roku bots keep calling it Live OTA apps? That's not even a thing. Sheesh.
I hope you are referring to Roku and not me I did not say it is resolved I replied to a post that says resolved to tell Roku that I'm having a problem with no information available on live TV listings. I did not say problem solved that was the rep from Roku I assume it's because they don't want to deal with
Looks like the no information problem was fixed a couple of hours ago, since 6pm cdt I have left the tv running on different antenna channels and streaming channels staying inside the guide without returning to home and having to restart, seems fixed for now, 1st time since Friday 2-28. Relief!😅
My optimism was short lived.
Now it's just random but many channels are back to 'no information'.
Before it was 'most' channels.
Now it is 50-70% of channels.
