I had the same thing. So I went I to settings - then tv input - then live tv- then scan for channels -then performed channel scan on antenna and cable channels . Then go back to home screen and now it's fixed 😀
I just found that if I select the Live TV Channel Guide box to go into Live TV, the channels and normal information is there, but if I access it via an actual channel box shortcut, like the CSI box directly, the No Information displays. Don't know if this will work always, but so far it seems to be working. My Rokus are very old.

May be tidy. But still not working. Has not worked from feb. 2025 to now. Roku (4 tv) asst brands. Guide hasn't worked ever since you added tv icon/pictures to top of channel guide. Have done restart, un plug, search for update, turn off screen savior... will work after restart for short time.. then goes back to no information... this is obviously a I T PROGRAMING ERROR.. need to go back to b4 you made change and Drop The icon at top of guide. WHICH IS WORTHLESS.
My "auto power savings reduce power after 15 mins" has never been on!
Stop making sense.
When the Channel Guide shows "No Information" on all channels try selecting Home, then Live TV again. That should refresh the channel guide.
Roku software update 14.1.4 likely created this, as all 3 of my devices (2 TVs and 1 Express) are now doing it.

3/11/2025 @11am MST. Please "Reopen" this ongoing Issue. This "solution" treats the symptom - but not the recurring cause.
I have 3 roku televisions from 3 different mfg's.(TCL, Insignia, and Hisense) All are losing the info in the guide after a short period of watching. Started when the large bar of suggested channels appeared which by the way I hate. I don't need anyone suggesting channels for me and it created an additional step when searching for a channel to watch. This needs to be corrected as it is your problem, not the televisions. And while you're at remove the suggested channel bar.
