Same thing with my on YouTube maybe it’s a glitch with the app?
I have followed instructions to update software. Software is up to date.

Youtube will load on Roku TV.

I am also facing the same issue and have done all the steps as you also. Just reporting another example.

What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
Re-installed Youtube and Youtube TV. Restarted tv. Checked for updates of
app. Checked for updates on system.
Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue arise, press
the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide
us with this ID)
Attempted to find Tracker ID but when I did it all that happened was it turned
off the tv??
