@pravin7646 try forcing a system update. It's seems Roku may have very recently created a fix that only works when you force a system update. Hopefully that works for you!
Mine asks this question when coming out of a app like pluto or turning tv on. All 4 roku tvs. 2 have soundbars under a month old and 2 have no soundbar at all. They are hisense tvs. 75 65 50 55
There is an apparent fix that may not be loaded to all TVs yet. Try forcing a software update (Settings - System - Software Update) and see if that helps.
Hey there! @pravin7646,
Thanks for reaching out about the input issue on the Roku TV.
Status Update 3/27:
We're planning to send a small batch of updates out tomorrow, and as long as that update doesn't cause any issues, most people will see this fix over the next week, but this timeline could change.
Note that this is a backend update, so your firmware version won't change. You can still check for a manual update (Settings > System > System Update > Check Now) to ping for the backend update sooner, but not all TVs will receive it at the same time.

"we noticed you connected a new device" The problem is I have not connected a new device. This problem just started within a week and I have no idea why. is there anywhere in the settings I can turn this aggravating message off????? I haven't had this problem since I bought the TV two years ago.
See:
Patch fixed "we noticed you connected a new device"eARC. Not popping up. But now I only get eARC sound output from one hdmi input device my cable box. My other other hdmi inputs like xBox and media pc no hdmi outputs and my roku apps Plex and Youtube ...no eARC output ...i have to force to TV Audio or Optical for Headphones..
I reset my system to fix ..but did nothing
It is a known bug, and Roku is working on a fix.
Good to hear Mary from Roku community tell us they're working on it. I do appreciate that. But I'm very curious what caused this annoying screw up in the first place. This glitch Roku created freaked out a lot of people and has probably got a lot of people just going out and buying new TVs. Ridiculous. Get your act together Roku.
KNOWN to customers for a week before it's acknowledged by roku =/= known
