I have a Hisense Roku tv. I am able to select things on the left side menu or the ads on the right. Unable to scroll apps or select one. The app selection box to highlight the app doesn't even show up. I have made sure all software is up to date and also went into to system to power and did a restart, Still didn't fix anything. All my other Roku Devices seem to working and functioning just fine

I can’t toggle any apps on the Home Screen. It lets me move around everywhere else. Tried restarting and the  remote on app.
Is there an issue on Rokus end?

im also having the same issue as well , i even looked up to find the "solution" but it only tempary fix by only clicking on 1 tile before it stops working altogether.

I am having identical issues. With multiple remotes. I have restarted device and remotes

We have 3 Roku model 3941X and all three are having this same problem. Just started around 1:00pm central time. All are running software version 14.1 and tried rebooting and powering off, neither fixed the problem. We can rin the apps by searching for them using the voice search on the remote, but just cannot select an app from the Roku home screen using the left/right, up/down buttons on the remotes.

When I go to home screen I have the selector to choose home,  settings and so on, but when I go over to choose an app I have nothing it will move over to the ad but when I go back it just goes over to the home section. Skips right over the apps. If I do a system restart I have seconds to make a selection otherwise I lose the selector box again. I also tried restoring theme and system update.
