I have no dolby atmos on my roku anymore either. It also doesn't work on my Google TV devices. Paramount emailed me after I filed a complaint and thier email said they currently only support atmos on Android TV devices. Not sure what to do now.
Update: Still no atmos with roku, but the solution provided in another post to manually select dolby atmos as the sound format on my Google TV platforms works. I can stream dolby atmos through my sony bravia tv to my denon x3700 reciever and get dolby atmos.
Fire TV Stick 4k (2nd Gen)
Model #M3N6RA
Here is the email I recieved from paramount "Please note that Dolby Surround Sound (including Atmos) is not supported for Roku and other products at this time. We do however support Android TV."
Not sure I'll chance buying a firestick when roku and Google TV worked for until yesterday.
Hopefully someone figures the issue out.
Updating my posts: Atmos does work with my Google streaming platforms. The suggestion to manually select Dolby Atmos as the sound format worked. I didn't need to do that in the past but once I did that I have dolby atmos with paramount plus only my Google streaming platform.
The issue started around the 8th or 9th of January
Channel ID: 9.4*20241213
Tracker ID: D1-024-570
Model: 4850RW-Ultra
Serial number: X028003UVSD1
Device ID: S0VT347UVSD1
Software version: 14.0.4; build:12222-G6
GC version: 12.9.26
I think it is impacting more than just roku. My roku only plays stereo when using paramount plus but all others work.
Paramount plus only plays 5.1 through my Google TV units but played atmos until a yesterday.
It seems there are various issues at hand. All I know is paramount plus technical support emailed me and said only android TV supports atmos currently.
Seems like dead ends all the way around currently. I'm providing as much info as possible to paramount plus so hopefully it can all get resolved.
I'm hesitant to buy a fire stick when I'm having the same issues on other devices and when paramount plus says only Android TV is currently supported. Their words, not mine.

Thank you!
Hi @gdawg24,
Thank you for providing your Roku device details precisely.
We have forwarded this to our Roku appropriate team for further investigation. We'll update you once we have more information.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Cheers,
The Roku Community Team
The FireTV/AndroidTV/GoogleTV Paramount+ app has a very poor audio configuration design that doesn't always automatically select/play the best audio track available for given content.
Manual selection/configuration of the Atmos track (for Atmos content) is often necessary:
During playback: Press Up, Up, Right, Select (Subtitles and Audio), Dolby Atmos
Usually this Audio track selection setting is saved for all future app sessions, however, some P+ app updates/etc may require manual configuration/selection of the Atmos track again.
(NOTE: Dolby Digital+ will also be available for any Atmos content; Dolby Digital MAY be available for some/limited content)
@StreamerUser I completely agree. Problem is that, on the Roku, P+ app, when I am playing a show/ movie, and push up to get to the option to change audio (the little message looking symbol), that option is not there. It's there on my firestick and I am able to change the audio! Not sure if it's just my Roku's or everyone's that the audio option is gone. I'm literally stuck with what it is and no way to even attempt to change it 😞
That previous post was very specifically in regards to the P+ app on FireTV/AndroidTV/GoogleTV (its the same P+ app on those three platforms because those three platforms are in fact the same platform) - not the P+ app on RokuOS.
(RokuOS is a completely different OS/platform and therefore the app design is completely different)
You need to check the P+ app audio track selection to verify the Atmos track is selected on each/any/all of your FireTV/AndroidTV/GoogleTV devices - its saved per app per device.
(Several of you stated you no longer had P+ Atmos on your FireTV/AndroidTV/GoogleTV devices - its most likely due to the fact that a P+ app update etc changed the default track to Dolby Digital+ instead of Atmos - therefore you should MANUALLY check and change the audio track to Atmos as described in the previous post)
NOTES
1) The loss of Dolby Digital+ (EAC3: 5.1 & Atmos) support on the RokuOS P+ app is limited to the RokuOS P+ app ONLY (P+ DD+ (5.1 & Atmos) support is fully provisioned and working on FireTV/AndroidTV/GoogleTV - manual configuration as described may be required).
2) Dolby Digital (AC3: 5.1) support is still working for the RokuOS P+ app; however, it is only available for some/limited content, and only when DD (and not DD+) support is detected (via HDMI EDID).
