Mine is still having problems. I have multiple units. All have problems. It keeps saying it’s disconnected from the internet. It’s a direct Ethernet connection. Everything else in the house runs just fine (wired and wireless connected).
this is getting very old now. Restarted multiple times. Still no fix.

14.5. Returns to Home Screen within seconds of trying to do anything on Roku. Even air playing anything it returns to Home Screen. It’s definitely a software issue. I travel with this Roku and it worked fine last time I used it in Dec. after January sometime if stopped working.
I woke up this morning after not being able to load YouTube last night, and now everything is fine. Must have been some issue with Roku servers.
I kept running into a scenario on my 55 inch select series where wifi or ethernet connection was fine to my DLNA server but Roku Live TV would not work nor would other apps like Tubi in retrieving content. I have tried bouncing the router and connecting to hotspot with the same results. Did the reset button in the back to recovery mode and that led me back to the software update screen failure of 003. I cannot get to the Home screen or settings, only the language selection step in the setup, which fails after I select English, then either wifi or wired, they both fail when it goes to update the software. Getting ready to throw this thing in the garbage and buy a picture to hang and be done with Roku forever. Any suggestions?
Literally, after 10 times of doing the same thing over and over, and going back and forth between wired and wireless which both connected successfully every time, it finally started downloading software on wireless and continued through the setup. My guess is that Roku's update server is really slow or not available at all times.

Hi @Cobra41 ! Sorry to hear that. Would you mind contacting customer support directly so they can help see what might be going on? We've had a full recovery so if customers are still experiencing an issue, they'll want to reach a support agent directly for help here: http://support.roku.com/
One thing you could try is using your phone's mobile hotspot and connecting to your phone via WiFi, unplugging from Ethernet, just to see if that points to a network issue on the wired network. If it does, you'll want to troubleshoot the router or reach out to your ISP. You mentioned restarting your Roku device. Go ahead and also reboot your router to see if that helps.

I think they were having a problem with their server the last day or so.
