Mine still isn't working after doing all that is instructed. Is there a phone number to call to resolve this? I can't view any of the shows I am paying for.
All of my antenna channels had disappeared, unless I turned off the streaming channels, then they were back.
I tried everything short of factory resetting my device, to no avail. What brought them back for me, was to leave streaming channels enabled, and from the main menu I held the mic button on the remote and said "Go to channel 2.1" and the OTA and streaming channels all showed up again.
First off I’m a boomer, I have my Roku device connected to my BR smart tv. I have another smart tv in the LR and use xfinity as my provider. So suddenly and for no apparent reason, my Roku doesn’t have an internet connection. Help😩
