Every freaking time it says this. I’ve deleted the app and restarted Roku several times. Why can’t I get this to load ? Please and thank you !!
Hello @Eddienowak111
Thanks for the post.
Could you try running a software update on your Roku and see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing? Here are the steps you can follow:
Let us know how it goes!
All the best,
Kariza
I’ve done this several times as well.
Restart your modem/router/gateway and Roku - try again
If that doesnt work, you need to contact Spectrum customer support about the issue.
Nothing is helping… do I need a new Roku device?
Spectrum customer services cannot help; I’m stuck
Hi @Karen55,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Are you being prompted with an error message? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? In addition, can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue so we can investigate further?
With more information, we will be able to assist you further.
Best regards,
Mary
I’m having the same issue I click on the app and I see-
“ SpectrumTV cannot be purchased on Roku at this time we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to make it available soon”
I have tried restarting the system, I have tried system update, I have tried starting my modem over again, nothing is working. I’ve had Spectrum for years and this is the first time I’ve seen this message. Has not worked for three days now. I called Spectrum and they told me it was a Roku issue. So can Roku help me please?
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more, specifically in that order.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
Thanks,
Danny
No! that does not work!
