Roku likes to reuse names and I'm not familiar with the LE. Was it a Black Friday special? Did it come with a USB power adapter? If so, you should use it. If you're using the TV's USB port, try using the supplied power adapter or one from a phone or tablet. It should be capable of supplying at least 1 Amp.
