I purchased a Roku Express 4k. I worked well until it started freezing.
I initiated a hard reset. I change the batteries. I unplugged all of the wires and plugged them back in.
When I start it up, I get the initial Roku screen. It then goes to select your language. It then freezes up and does not move from that spot.
Please offer suggestions so that I can use my Roku again

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
