"No Signal" on Roku Ultra

Hello

I keep getting “No Signal” every time I use the power button on my Roku (Ultra) remote. 
The TV turns off (though Not the Roku box) - but when I return to that HDMI Input, I receive a “No Signal” message. 
When I unplug/plug the box, the signal returns. 
How annoying. Smiley Sad

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable as well as using another HDMI port on your TV to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?

Thanks Danny. 
Roku box is powered with original AC adapter straight into wall. 
Have tried alternate hdmi cable And input into TV to no avail. 
Spent an hour and half on chat support - No Help.

Tried Factory Reset - also no help. 
Remote works perfectly except this one issue/ when power off TV, “No Signal” when back on - unless unplug Roku Box.
