not connecting

i bought the roku express and i followed the instructions and everything but the roku box just keeps flashing a light. it’s on the correct channel but it just keeps flashing a light and not connecting to my tv. i’m not really sure what to do or how to fix it. help me please

Thanks for the post.

When you say the correct channel, are referring to the correct HDMI input? Have you tried replacing the HDMI cable used to connect the device?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried to connect your Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
