new roku premiere - Roku logo comes on when device powered up, then goes away...setup screen never comes up. Light on device flashes slowly 14 times, then begins to flash twice (short flash) then pause, and repeat.
I just bought the Roku. Set it up correctly. Tuned the tv to the correct HDMI and checked all others. All I get is NO SIGNAL. I have unplugged it several times I also took a tooth pick and pressed the reset button on the back of it several times. I am using the ROKU EXPRESS
Have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV to see if you are able to detect your Roku device? How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into the wall with the provided cable and adapter? Have you also tried using another HDMI cable to see if that resolves your issue?
I’m having same problem with Streaming Stick +. Something so simple until it isn’t. ROKU animated banner comes up, then nothing. Screen goes blank, then shows no signal. Powered by wall outlet. Tried on different HDMI ports, always the same. Philips TV
