My apologies if this is a duplicate post my first attempt disappeared after signing in. Tried all hdmi ports, "no information" on screen. tv supports hdcp and hdmi to 1080p. roku works on other tv and verizon works on all hdmi ports. Any advice?

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable used to connect the device to the TV? How are you powering the device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet with the provided cable and adapter?

I'll try a new hdmi when I am at my uncle's next. Tried power from USB, power strip and wall outlet no indication of low power (red light on roku).
