changing from HDMI 1 TO HDMI2 AND THEN BACK AGAIN

HELP I am on Roku and want to go back to my regular tv - I go to Input move up to HDMI 1 and then on push the CBL button and hit an arrow and it moves right back to Roku. How do I keep it on HDMI 1?

Turn off "1-touch play" under Settings->System->Control other devices.
