cannot activate Roku after switching tv providers

After I switched providers from ATT to Spectrum, I cannot access Roku.  I get the Channels screen but cannot navigate in it.  I have Premiere.

Does "channels screen" mean the Roku home page or a cable TV application within the Roku?

Does the Roku see your network?  For example, perhaps you changed routers too?  And if so, did you get the Roku connected to the new one?
