can't get past setup

I have a new Roku and I'm trying to set it up, I am able to start the setup, I can see if finds my wireless, it looks like things are going to start, then it rolls over and starts the setup process all over. I've tried resetting, powering on and off, nothing seems to work. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Cant get past setup with code screen

I have roku Express regretting it now. When trying to put in the code to set it up it gives me a code bit when I enter it on the internet the roku player says unable to connect to roku service please try connecting again in a minute for more help go to the website that cannot fix this issue. Two options try connecting again or check network settings. I think I choose to return this hunk of junk and get a fire stick. All the reviews on this product are terrible i should have read them.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify where in the setup process the device starts all over again? Is this happening during the activation, connecting to your wireless network, or when the device is updating? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into a wall outlet?

I bought a fire stick and that fixed the problem.  Didn't need to contact customer service 1 time to set that up.
