Won't allow me to add any channels

I was using my roku. It refused to allow me to add any new channels. I checked my connection it was fine. I then tried restarting the device several times and it still wasn't allowing me to add any channels. I then tried a full reset(facrory) and after setting up online the devine didn't even redownload the channels that showed up on my account. What is going on? Why isn't my roku working right?

Can you provide us with more information about this issue? Are you seeing an error when you are trying to add a channel? Can you provide screenshots of the issue you are experiencing? Are you able to stream any content on the channels that you do have available on your device?
